If a tournament is full, with open registration and waitlist spots available, it will have a button to "Join Waitlist" replacing the Register button. If this is missing, the waitlist is also full.

You will automatically be added to the tournament when a spot opens. You will be notified via email.

Note that this can happen up until the tournament starts. If you are on the waitlist, be prepared to be available to play.

Entering the tournament from the waitlist is considered the same as if you signed up normally and refunds will follow the same policy as any active team.

The current size of the waitlist will be noted next to "Full" on the tournament page.

Note that early withdrawal has the same $5 fee as an active team, but can withdraw or transfer after the refund deadline.

You will be given a full refund once the tournament ends.
