BEFORE THE ACTUAL DAY OF THE EVENT. example: Registration for all Junior's events will open on the Tues. 4 weeks before the Wed. that you want to play in. The Adult events will open up on the Fri. 4 weeks before the Sat event. This will be the process for the entire Summer schedule. There is on street parking and several all day parking lots within walking distance of the courts. Check in on the day of the event starts at 8:00am to 8:45am. IMPORTANT THERE IS A 72 HOUR REQUIREMENT IF YOU ARE GOING TO CANCEL FROM THE EVENT TO SECURE YOUR REFUND. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE CBVA POLICY. THE SPACE FOR ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED AND HAVING THE EXTRA TIME WILL ALLOW ME TO BETTER ACCOMMODATE THE DEMAND FOR SPOTS. IF THE EVENT IS LISTED AS FULL, YOU CAN CHECK BACK WITHIN THAT 72 HOUR TIME LIMIT TO SEE IF ANY SPOTS HAVE BECOME AVAILABLE.
